A. Terrain Type Solar Energy Construction Systems

Based on the Column Application Plan prepared in the design process, the location points of the columns are found under real field conditions, with geological and topographical engineers.

According to the structure of the field on which the panels will be constructed, the suitable method is chosen among the ones listed below:

  • Column Pounding with Piling Equipment,
  • Application of Concrete with the Method of Drilling Core Holes,
  • Application of Concrete with the Method of Cubic Mold Method.

The columns are assembled with the chosen method. After the assembly of the columns, the assembly of Crossbeams, Rafters and Tension Rods is completed, by using Steel Connection Elements. The assembly is made by using Connection Elements such as Bolts, Nuts and Sealing Rings. Finally, the Panels are placed. Welded Manufacture isn’t made in the fields.

B. Rooftop Type Solar Energy Construction Systems

According to the architectural structure and reinforced concrete project of the already existing building, it is decided whether the System will be solved with

  • Only Aluminum Elements, or
  • Only Steel Construction Reinforcement

during the Design process.

Moreover, the type of the Aluminum Elements is chosen based on the fact that whether the already existing surface of the rooftop is

  • Deck sheet,
  • Sandwich Panel, or
  • Tile.

The assembly is made based on the chosen elements.

In Rooftop Type Solar Energy Construction Systems, the measures about the Work Safety are planned beforehand, and the assembly is made based on this Plan.
