A. Terrain Type Solar Energy Construction Systems

The fundamental design approach of SCS in applications of Terrain Type Solar Energy Construction Systems is the hybrid design model consisting of Steel and Aluminum.

However, in cases when the snow load is too heavy, the design model consisting of completely steel elements is also used.

In order to make “Bearing Structures” long lasting and resistant against any kind of climatic conditions, SCS prefers to use;

  • Hot dip galvanized method (70 ± 10 µm) in steel profiles,
  • Aluminum Common Grade 6063 with T5 Temper,
  • Eloxal Coating method for Aluminum Elements under heavy environmental conditions,
  • Centrifugal Galvanized Coating method for Steel Connection Elements,
  • Geomet Coating in bolts, nuts and sealing rings

All of the profiles used are of domestic production, and all the types of profiles are applied successfully in many fields in Turkey.

B. Rooftop Type Solar Energy Construction Systems

The fundamental design approach of SCS in applications of Rooftop Type Solar Energy Construction Systems is the design model consisting of only Aluminum elements.

In order to make “Construction Systems” long lasting and resistant against any kind of climatic conditions, SCS prefers to use;

  • Aluminum Common Grade 6063 with T5 Temper,
  • Eloxal Coating method for Aluminum Elements under heavy environmental conditions,
  • Geometric overlay for bolts, nuts and sealing rings
